If you already sponsor a child, thank you! We are so thankful for your generosity and help for the children in Kenya. Please find some helpful information below on how to keep in contact with your child and stay up to date on how they are doing in school.
Gift for your sponsored child
Gifts can be given to your sponsored child any time of the year. We suggest for their birthday, Christmas, or other special occasion. Your gift will be bought in Kenya and given to them and a picture will be taken when they receive it.
Food bundles are a great way to help not only your sponsored child, but also their family. A food bundle will buy food items for the family, or other necessities such as oil, flour, sugar, rice, beans, soap, etc.
Student Database
We have an online student database that has information about your child in a profile that you can view anytime. Your child's profile displays their name, birthday, favorite subjects, the languages they speak as well as information about their home and family life. We also upload their grade reports so you can see how they are doing in school and keep up with their progress. Reports are updated 3 times per year and we will email you when the new reports are posted. Here are some features that we have added to our new system to help you stay informed about your sponsored child.
Correspondance with Your Child
Our student database has a "Mailbox" feature where you can easily correspond with your child. You can send an email letter to your child, and when they respond, our team will upload their hand-written letter back to you to their profile. You will be notified by email that you have a letter waiting for you from your child. You can also print the letter and keep it for you and your family to enjoy.
Just click the button below, and sign into our syste with your email address and the password that was given to you in your welcome email. Once in the system, your password can be changed to one that is convenient for you.
How to Change Your Donation Information
If you are currently sponsoring a child and your automatic donation payment information changes at any point, you can easily update it in our system. If you have a new credit card number, checking account number, expiration date, or change of personal information, please let us know. Click the button below to update your payment, address or personal information. If you have any questions call us at (800)513-1625. We can also update information over the phone if you prefer.
